As long as you respect the license agreement, this is a free product that you can modify and use for your own purposes.

Alternative Licensing

If for some reason you wish to modify for your own purposes, but do not want to abide by the license agreement, please contact me. If you break the license agreement without negotiating an alternative license and associated pricing, then you agree to pay $250,000 along with a 20% revenue share for any products which use the code, in exchange for a non-exclusive license to use the software without releasing the source of any modifications.
